Job Title: Assistant IT Manager (Full-Stack Background)
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in full-stack development

⚡️Role Overview:
We are hiring an Assistant IT Manager to support our IT Manager in leading and coordinating our programmer team. This role is ideal for someone with strong development experience who is ready to take on both technical and leadership responsibilities, while continuing to grow into a management position.

✅Key Responsibilities:
-Assist the IT Manager in managing and coordinating the development team
-Track task progress, team performance, and ensure timely project delivery
-Collaborate closely with frontend and backend developers to resolve blockers and improve efficiency
-Research and recommend new technologies, libraries, frameworks, or development tools suitable for current and upcoming projects
-Participate in planning software architecture, reviewing code, and mentoring junior developers
-Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools (e.g. AI code analysis) into the development workflow to increase efficiency, reduce bugs, or shorten time-to-market
-Occasionally contribute to development when needed (frontend/backend)
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams (QA, UI/UX, Product) to align technical ex*****on with business goals
-Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and internal training

🎯 Requirements:
-At least 4 years of hands-on experience in both frontend (e.g., React.js, HTML/CSS) and backend (e.g., Node.js, Express.js, MySQL) development
-Strong knowledge of REST API design, Git
-Ability to evaluate and integrate new technologies or open-source tools to meet project requirements
-Experience leading or mentoring other developers is preferred
-Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
-Able to work independently, manage priorities, and take initiative
-Familiarity with AI-powered development tools or a strong willingness to adopt and integrate them

-Familiarity with Docker, Redis, Microservice Architecture
-Experience using project management tools (Trello)
-Ability to write clear technical documentation
-Understanding of DevOps workflows
