ROOFTOP LIFELINE SYSTEM

Project site တွင် HSE team မှ site worker များနှင့်ပူးပေါင်းပြီး edge-roof construction လုပ်ငန်းများတွင် ဖြစ်ပေါ်နိုင်သော အန္တရာယ်များကိုလျှော့ချရန်၊ ယာယီ rooftop lifeline system ကို တပ်ဆင်အသုံးပြုထားပါသည်။ ဒီပြင်ဆင်မှုသည် အလုပ်သမားများအတွက် Safety အမြင့်ဆုံးကို သေချာစေဖို့ ရည်ရွယ်ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Lifeline system သည် seamlock roofing sheets များပေါ်တွင် တပ်ဆင်ထားသော support posts များဖြင့်ဖွဲ့စည်းထားပြီး၊ diagonal bracing များဖြင့် ခိုင်ခံ့အောင် ထောက်ခံထားသည်။ ထို့အပြင်၊ အန္တရာယ်ရှိသောနေရာများကို warning flags များဖြင့် သတ်မှတ်ဖော်ပြထားသည်။ အထူးသဖြင့် ဒီ system သည် roof ပေါ်ကို တိုက်ရိုက်ချိတ်ဆက်ရန် မလိုအပ်သော design ဖြစ်သည့်အတွက်၊ installation လွယ်ကူပြီး၊ reposition လုပ်ရန် သက်သာပြီး၊ ဆောက်လုပ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်းအပြောင်းအလဲများအတိုင်း လွယ်လွယ်ကူကူ ပြန်လည်တပ်ဆင်နိုင်သည်။

ဤသို့ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းမှတစ်ဆင့် BMB Steel ၏ site တွင် Occupational Safety Standard များကို တစ်ဆင့်ခြားကောင်းမွန်အောင်မြှင့်တင်ပြီး၊ လုပ်သားများ၏လုံခြုံရေးကို နေရာတိုင်း ထိရောက်စွာ ကာကွယ်စောင့်ရှောက်နေကြောင်း ပြသပေးပါသည်။

ROOFTOP LIFELINE SYSTEM

At the project, the HSE team, in collaboration with site workers, has deployed a temporary rooftop lifeline system to ensure maximum safety during edge-roof construction, which is prone to high accident risks.

The system consists of support posts securely connected to seamlock roofing sheets, reinforced with diagonal bracing, and marked with warning flags to indicate hazardous zones. Notably, this solution requires no roof pe*******on, making it easy to install, relocate, and adapt to the dynamic nature of construction work.

This demonstrates BMB Steel’s commitment to continuously improving occupational safety standards and protecting our workforce, even through the smallest details on site.
