Job Descriptions :
Communicate with Manager in SBM(Myanmar) office and executive in SB(Japan) office for administration tasks
Follow up monthly/weekly charges of internet bill, meter bill, water bill and SCS office.
Assist in arranging company events, trip, meeting,etc.
Report daily activity to Management Team.
Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and making travel plans.
Answer phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
Support back office tasks.

Job Requirements :
Must be active team player with good communication skill
Able to travel and go outside
Competency in Microsoft applications(Excel,Word,Power Point)
No experiences require
Strong interest in learning Japanese language(Preference for candidates with basic Japanese language skills)
This position requires on-site presence in Yangon.

Working Day :
Monday ~ Friday (8:00 AM ~ 5:00PM)

ဝန်ထမ်းရွေးချယ်ခြင်းလုပ်ငန်းစဉ်

1. Document Screening
ပေးပို့လာသော CV Form များကို ရွေးချယ်စီစစ်ပြီး၊ ရွေးချယ်ခံရသူများထံ စာမေးပွဲ (Aptitude Test) ဖြေဆိုရန် မေးလ်ဖြင့်အကြောင်းကြားသွားပါမည်။

2. Aptitude Test
မိမိကိုယ်ပိုင် Laptop ဖြင့် Online မှ စာမေးပွဲဖြေဆိုရမည်။
ကိုယ်ပိုင် Laptop ဖြင့်ဖြေဆိုရန် အခက်အခဲရှိပါက ရုံးတွင်လာရောက်ဖြေဆိုနိုင်ပါသည်။

3. Interview Session (Online)
စာမေးပွဲ ဖြေဆိုအောင်မြင်သူများအား လူတွေ့စစ်ဆေးရွေးချယ်မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
