• Must have at least 3years experience in related field
• Good appearance, flexible & good negotiation skills

Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide and assist manager on staff recruitment Process
• Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities
• Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance related obstacles
• Provide and assist in developing human resource plans
• Provide staff orientations
• Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions
• Provide advice and assistance to manager on human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedure

Negotiation salary (Base on Experience & Performance) and other benefits are depend on company provided. Note: ( Sunday off )
