Your daily responsibilities:

In Mongolia, influence the formation of a legislative and regulatory framework in the field of regulation of production and circulation of products and innovative alternative products (new products), economic issues, and taxation, reflecting a comprehensive and systematic approach to the regulation of production

Interact with the governments of the countries of Mongolia in order to create a favorable environment for the Company's business within the framework of the processes of international organizations

Provide assistance during the negotiation processes regarding the positions of the countries of Mongolia Influence the formation of a comprehensive regulation as part of a strategy to reduce the harmful effects of all products in the main areas:

- Taxation;

- Product regulation;

- Management of sales channels;

- Marketing and sales;

- Information for the consumer;

- Scientific interaction.



Determine, analyze, and prepare the company positions on production regulation, excise taxes, VAT, certifications, product composition, marketing, and advertising. Identify, establish, and maintain effective relationships with government departments and authorities (ministries and departments, representatives of the executive and legislative authorities of Mongolia) to ensure constant awareness of key government policies, plans, and initiatives on product regulation

Represent the interests of the company in business associations, and at industry meetings and strive to ensure that the company occupies a leading position in the industry, determine common positions and tasks to address key industry issues and social issues.

Ensure representation and adherence to the Company's principles, values, and priorities.

Build and strengthen a constructive dialogue with external organizations and groups of influence in order to achieve the business objectives of the department and the goals of the Company.
