افتتحت يوم 18 مايو الجاري القائمة بالأعمال وكالة كورينا ر. ساندرز، إلى جانب الأمين العام لوزارة الثقافة وكالة السيد يحيى أحمدو، معرضًا خاصًا في المتحف الوطني في نواكشوط احتفاءً بالذكرى الـ250 لاستقلال الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
يستعرض هذا المعرض، المفتوح للزيارة من الساعة 9 صباحًا إلى 5 مساءً حتى 1 يونيو، الآباء المؤسسين للولايات المتحدة وإعلان الاستقلال — وهي وثيقة تاريخية تُعلن أن جميع الناس خُلقوا متساوين ومُزوّدين بحقوق غير قابلة للتصرف، تشمل الحياة والحرية والسعي وراء السعادة.ويتيح المعرض للزوار فرصة اكتشاف السياق التاريخي، والشخصيات البارزة، والتأثير الدائم لهذه المبادئ الخالدة. انضموا إلينا! شاهدوا هذا الفيديو لأبرز لحظات الحدث:

Le 18 mai courant, la Chargée d'Affaires, a.i., Corina R. Sanders, ainsi que le Secrétaire général par intérim du ministère de la Culture, Yahya Ahmedou, ont ouvert une exposition spéciale au Musée National de Nouakchott en l'honneur du 250ᵉ anniversaire de l'indépendance des États-Unis. L'exposition est ouverte au public de 9 h à 17 h jusqu'au 1er juin explorant ainsi les Pères fondateurs des États-Unis et notre Déclaration d'indépendance — un document historique proclamant que tous les êtres humains sont créés égaux et dotés de droits inaliénables à la vie, à la liberté et à la poursuite du bonheur. On May 18, Chargé d'Affaires, a.i., Corina R. Sanders along with the Acting Secretary General of the Ministry of Culture Yahya Ahmedou opened a special exhibition at the National Museum in Nouakchott honoring America's 250th anniversary of independence. The exhibition, available for viewing from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. until June 1, explores the Founding Fathers of the United States and our Declaration of Independence — a historic document proclaiming that all people are created equal and endowed with unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
