The Cottonera Olympic Pool was an ambitious project brief for an indoor Olympic sized pool within the historical Cottonera Lines and that connects seamlessly to the existing sports complex. The result is an engineered timber enclosure spanning 42.5m that curves over the pool and stands.

More good news following our second nomination for the awards in the Landscape Architecture category!
The rehabilitation of Wied Fulija, a former landfill in Zurrieq, is a landmark environmental project that transformed a heavily polluted site into a thriving green area.

Proud that our project was awarded the Open Spaces Award at the recently held MASP Awards.
We hope that this project serves as a case for integrating new green spaces within existing blue infrastructure and healing urban scars. This project advocates for a shift towards green mobility, prioritising public open spaces and landscaping urban areas.
The modular bridges deployed to create the garden are easily replicable to other parts of the stormwater culvert in Malta and can serve as a new typology for finding new spaces in densely urbanised areas.
