CSL Data Centre Services is RECRUITING.

Full-Time IT Systems Administrators to join the Managed Services Team.

Candidates will require an ICT qualification at 3rd level education and minimum 1 year experience in the field. The candidates chosen will report to the Managed Services Team Manager and will be responsible to execute the following:
• Handling the day-to-day maintenance and support of the company’s office IT customers;
• Identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention;
• Responding to requests related to technical assistance via phone or email;
• Managing remote diagnoses and resolving technical issues;
• Tracking and documenting resolutions;
• Communicating to customers related charges to the service requests;
• Dealing with IT asset management.

The ideal candidates must have working knowledge and competency with regards to the following:
• Administration and installation of Windows Server;
• Configuration and administration of Windows server components such as but not limited to AD, DNS and Exchange;
• Desktop and laptop Windows installation and problem-solving;
• Basic networking and TCP/IP protocol.
