We're Hiring: Executive Operations Assistant

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being at the heart of strategic decisions? Our CEO is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and versatile Executive Operations Assistant to support him across meetings, projects and contracts; with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Managing CEO’s meetings and diary
✅ Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
✅ Preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on actions arising from meetings
✅ Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
✅ Assisting in reviewing, preparing and organising contracts, agreements and any other legal document as required
✅ Liaising with legal advisors, consultants and internal teams regarding contractual matters
✅ Maintaining structured and accurate filing of contracts and project documentation
✅ Shadowing the CEO in meetings, including internal management and external client/project meetings
✅ Supporting the CEO on ad-hoc business projects and initiatives
✅ Tracking projects milestones, deadlines and deliverables as requested
✅ Coordinating between departments to ensure timely ex*****on of tasks and decisions
✅ Drafting professional correspondence, reports and presentations
✅ Following up with departments on agreed actions and priorities

Position Requirements:
✅ A proactive thinker who can manage competing priorities with ease
✅ Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
✅ Confident communicating with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
✅ Comfortable handling confidential information
✅ Previous experience supporting senior executives is a plus

We're Hiring: Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and cleanliness of the facility by performing repairs, inspections, and routine upkeep. This role requires hands-on skills, flexibility, and the ability to respond quickly to maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities:
✅General Repairs - Perform routine carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and structural repairs.
✅Painting & Finishing - Prepare surfaces and apply paint, finishes, and touch-ups.
✅Preventative Maintenance - Inspect systems and perform basic upkeep on equipment and building components.
✅Facility Upkeep - Maintain clean, organized spaces and assist with grounds and furniture setup.
✅Safety & Documentation - Follow safety procedures, complete & log work orders, and report major issues promptly.

Position Requirements:
✅Strong general repair skills (plumbing, painting, carpentry, electrical basics).
✅Ability to diagnose issues quickly and work independently and part of a team
✅Good communication and customer-service skills
✅Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and stand for long periods.
✅Previous experience in Maintenance work
