Mtarfa Scout Group

Last weekend, the Troop took part in a sectional activity with Żebbuġ Scout Group (Malta), consisting of a hike, a scavenger hunt in Mdina, and a cookout. The activity formed part of the leadership training programme of a leader from the other group.

Our hearts are broken by the sudden passing of our dear friend, Rico Aquilina, Assistant Venture Scout Leader with Mellieħa Scouts and beloved son of our Group Support Commissioner, Johann Aquilina.

Rico's kindness, dedication, and passion for Scouting touched everyone who knew him. He will be remembered not only for his service, but for the friendship and joy he shared with so many.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Johann, his family, and all who loved Rico during this heartbreaking time.
