Following the branding project, XCaliber entrusted us with the design and build of their new offices on the uppermost floor of the Spinola Park Project in St Julians. It’s always satisfying to be able to take a project from concept all the way to finishings.
This apartment is in the perfect spot, but unfortunately was in the wrong decade when we first saw it. With concepts, moods and designs done, we set about gutting the property and currently in the final stages of finishing.
We're as excited about this conversion as are the new owners to experience their new home. Deadline is fast approaching and works are in full swing. Check out this space in a couple of weeks.
