As the Island Car Club Malta Hillclimb Championship heads into its summer break, it's a good moment to reflect on a memorable round in Xagħra, Gozo. 🏁

The event marked the debut of the new Playcon - themed livery on the Great British Sports Cars Ltd Zero, with Playcon joining Arkafort and Acronis as main sponsors on the car.

Despite a shock absorber failure during the event, the team retained 2nd place in the championship standings heading into the break - a reminder that resilience and adaptability matter just as much as outright performance.

Currently sitting 2nd in the championship standings, the focus remains the same - preparation, precision and ex*****on on race day.

This weekend also marks the start of a new chapter in a long-standing relationship, as Playcon joins Arkafort and Acronis as a main sponsor.

Having worked together for several years, with Arkafort proudly serving as Playcon's technology partner, it is great to see that collaboration represented beyond the event floor and onto the hillclimb stage.

The car will also be carrying a fresh look for this weekend's event, inspired by the partnership itself.
