The call is for a short-term contract period (Summer months) on a casual basis.

General duties of a Supervisor at a public leisure venue.

- Responsibilities/Supervision: responsibility and management of all work force under his/her charge.
-Responsible for the distribution of all the employees under his/her charge in the best possible manner.
- Carry out the daily surveillance of attendance, conditions of work of employees within the venue, and ensuring that all areas both internal and surrounding perimeter of are kept clean all times.
- Responsible for all the disciplinary procedures and action that need to be taken, punctuality, more so health and safety procedures;
- Liaising with his/her direct superiors in the preparation of work programmes.
- Ensuring that all venue's set timeframes are executed to the required standards;
- Input of all data/records necessary, carried out at the venue.
- Customer care: handle face to face enquiries from customers, provide help and advice, investigate and solve customers’ problems and keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
- Co-ordination with Private sector: follow up the responsible maintenance contractor of the venue. Record all appointments and delivery of relative material.

A security related course / qualification and/or first aid qualification will be considered an asset.
