ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will play a crucial role in securing regulatory approvals and maintaining compliance for our diverse range of pharmaceutical products. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Product Applications and Renewals:
✅ Prepare and submit regulatory applications for new product registrations.
✅ Manage the renewal process for existing product registrations, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with regulatory requirements.

2. Document Management:
✅ Maintain and update regulatory documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for regulatory submissions. Implement document control procedures to streamline processes and maintain a well-organised repository.

3. Regulatory Compliance:
✅ Stay abreast of evolving regulations and guidelines to ensure company-wide adherence.
✅ Work closely with the company’s Responsible Person to address queries and facilitate inspections.

QUALIFICATIONS:

✅ Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field. Proven experience in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs.
✅ Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and guidelines. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
✅ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
