Well back on the intermittent fasting and low carb eating, training going well but that never stops, feeling not bad after a week of snowboarding ππ
After a long time I have decided to try the intermittent fasting along with a low carbs diet. I started at the weekend with a weight of 79.8 and weighed myself this morning at 77.8.
I am trying to follow the 15-9. it is quite hard in the morning but I've been making it until 12am before I have something.

We all go through highs and lows when we feel good and feel bad about ourselves. State of mind is very powerful when it comes to self motivation. If you train but do not have a goal this mind set is even more crucial πͺπ½πͺπ½πͺπ½
Not posted for a while eek but life goes on π Looking for some consistent training for the next few months and put in extra effort on the nutrition. ποΈββοΈπͺπͺπͺ
