Tropic Knits Group is a global entity which operates factories in Mauritius, Madagascar and India.



We are currently looking for a Product Leader to join Tropic Knits Group.



What you will be doing:

-Good interpretation customer's requests (tech packs)

-Carry out feasibility for each request received

-Proactively participate in the garment manufacturing process

-Re- engineering styles where appropriate

-Creation of internal tech packs

-Develop relationship with our customers through a good communication

-Assess the quality of samples and ensure they meet customer's specifications

-To go on ad hoc mission overseas, as and when required



What are we looking for?

-Understand fabric properties and performance

-Good knowledge of garment manufacturing process

-Ability to assess garment quality and fitting

-Degree in Textile and Fashion Design or Textile Knowledge or Fashion Technology

-Experience would be an advantage

-Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop will be advantage

We are currently looking for an Admin Product Leader to join Tropic Knits Group.

What you will be doing:

-Schedule Feasibility and Bureau D’étude meeting and prepare meeting pack for Product Leaders

-Proactively participate in the garment manufacturing process

-Creation of internal tech packs

-Develop relationship with our customers through a good communication

-Request lab testing from CDL Knits

What are we looking for?

-Understand fabric properties and performance

-Good knowledge of garment manufacturing process

-Holder of at least a Higher School Certificate

-Experience would be an advantage

-Conversant with Microsoft office tools

-Agile and flexible
