AISHA's CORNER MENU ( cake flavour, snacks and food)

2/ QUOTATION & ORDERING:
-for the exact quotations, pls provide details of your requirements :
• wished design
• size of cake (for how many servings)
• expected date
• choose cake flavor, frosting type..etc
Prices are Non-Negotiable. Paying a deposit (50% Non-refundable) will secure the Quoted price and Your Date in my schedule.
• 5- 7 days in advance with small cakes (less than 20 servings)
• 10-14 days in advance with cakes which serve more than 20 servings.
• 2- 6 months minimum in advance with wedding cakes.
However, your order may be accommodated last minute, if date and time are available and may incur a Rush Fee ( 30% of total amount).
*****DESIGN*****
- For an idea of design, you may want to have a look in this page or get a design in your liking from internet.
- I reserve the right to change or adapt the agreed design at any point if circumstances dictate it, such as unusual weather conditions, unavailability of ingredients for example.
- Each cake is made individually by hand, so although every effort is made to ensure consistency, some variation may occur from the agreed design.
****if deposit is not paid within 5 days of quoting then I reserve the right to cancel any previous arrangements.****
Prices for my cakes, pastry and snack are subject to Change without Notice , due to the prices of ingredients potentially increasing and my schedule’s availability.
- If the alteration affects the cost, or preparation work for the original design has already been undertaken (such as the purchasing of ingredients), then your balance will be adjusted accordingly.
- Cakes may be cancelled with valid reason and within reasonable period. No refunds will be made. Paid deposit can be transferred to other order in the future.
As taste is a very personal matter and subjective, we cannot accept the request cash refund merely because you say you do not like the taste.
There shall be zero tolerance for customer rudeness. We will no longer be able to process any further, no matter which stage the orders are at.
3/ PAYMENT: can be done by
• JUICE/ Bank transaction (preferred method)
• Or Cash in Curepipe (a receipt is provided)
4/ DELIVERY & STORAGE:.
- pick up is in Curepipe at your requested date and time.
- Delivery of cake can be organised on request and are made within reasonable business hours. Transport fee will be applied as taxi rate from Curepipe to your place.
- I will not be held liable for any damage to the cake once it has left my possession in good conditions. Please check carefully before leaving with the cake.
- Cakes with sugarpaste/ Fondant is not designed to be refrigerated and should be stored in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat in the box provided.
Refrigeration may cause colours to run/bleed. Failure to store the cake correctly may result in colours fading, cracks or melting.

1/ Buttercake (maspin), Buttercream (Swiss & American types) & Chocolate Ganache Dripping
- complete decorating a cake with buttercream– rs 3,250
2/ Making Sugarpaste (fondant) from scratch (complete decorating on cupcakes) - rs 2,500
3/ Gumpaste (flower paste) & wired flowers (rose, English rose, leaves, etc) – rs 3,950 ( Full day: 9:00 – 15:30)
4/ Piping Buttercream (Cream flowers, Roses, leaves ..& other pattern with different nozzles)– rs 3,500
5 /1 tier Cake Decorating (with fondant) - rs 3,250
6/ 2 tier Cake Decorating (with fondant ) & Tier Stacking- rs 3,950 ( Full day: 9:00 – 15:30)

HOW TO JOIN OUR 1- DAY- WORKSHOP:
1/Choose which workshop you want to do & requested date if there is ( whatsapp 57607690/or Inbox FB)
2/ Confirm your booking with 50% via Juice/ Bank transaction.
(Bank Account is provided by private message)
NOTE:
-After the Schedule is fixed, if you cant attend, pls inform ASAP, at least 2 days in advance.
We will consider to put you in other day as the available schedule (only ONCE time). No new plan will be made for last mintute notice ( ie: the day before your workshop day)
- If Cancellation is from Your side for any reason, 50% downpayment is Non-Refundable
- We reserve the right to cancel the workshop at anytime in which case refunds will be issued.
