So thatโ€™s what we are doing this week, we are building some ๐˜ด๐˜ฆ๐˜ญ๐˜ง-๐˜ค๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ๐˜ง๐˜ช๐˜ฅ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ค๐˜ฆ muscles. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

๐˜š๐˜ฆ๐˜ญ๐˜ง-๐˜ค๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ๐˜ง๐˜ช๐˜ฅ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ค๐˜ฆ ๐˜ช๐˜ด:
๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿปthe ability to Trust yourself,
๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿปknowing you can experience any emotion without being harmed,
๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿปyour overall opinion of yourself.

Every day I would like you to choose a โ€œ๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ฒ ๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐˜†โ€ and do it.

๐Ÿšจ๐˜™๐˜ถ๐˜ญ๐˜ฆ๐˜ด ๐˜ต๐˜ฐ ๐˜ฑ๐˜ข๐˜ณ๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ค๐˜ช๐˜ฑ๐˜ข๐˜ต๐˜ฆ:
1. Pick one thing a day that scares you, and do it.
2. It has to be something that requires you to โ€œget over a fearโ€.
3. Journal about it before and after. How did you feel before and after the dare?
4. Try not to miss a day.

๐Ÿ’ก๐˜š๐˜ฐ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ช๐˜ฅ๐˜ฆ๐˜ข๐˜ด - but if they donโ€™t scare you, you canโ€™t use them !
1. Ask for the day off !
2. Ask for a discount on anything - make sure itโ€™s outrageous.
3. Ask for a raise.
4. Go up to a stranger and ask for something.
5. Give someone an outrageous compliment.
