Exciting news from Anahita, Mauritius! 🎉 As architects and interior designers, we recently embarked on a transformative project that redefines luxury living.

Our client wanted to expand their villa, but we didn’t settle for ordinary. 💡 Instead, we proposed a game-changing idea: a standalone cottage in the garden, complete with a rooftop terrace for breathtaking sea views.

This bold move showcases our commitment to disruptive design, pushing boundaries to create better places. 🔝 Not only did we meet the client’s needs, but we exceeded expectations, elevating their lifestyle to new heights. 🚀 And sustainability is at the heart of it all! ♻️ By incorporating eco-friendly materials with local hands and energy-efficient features, we’re shaping a more sustainable future, one innovative project at a time. 🌱

Nouvelle Usine is an innovative place that is shaking up traditional ways. Before becoming a destination for companies, SMEs and start-ups, it was a space with a strong history. In fact, the former Floréal Knitwear factory, has been the industrial and economic nucleus of Mangalkhan for many years.

As destination makers, the challenge was big for the Jugaad team, but the purpose very clear: reinvent the way people interact with their workplace to create a new, more inclusive and sustainable economy.

Located in the heart of Mangalkhan, this new urban destination is becoming a model in terms of sustainable development, entrepreneurship and positive social impact. ✅

We are very proud to have been part of this urban regeneration adventure! 🤗🙌🤗

We’re sure you’ve heard about The Hive marketplace! 🤩 If not, you must visit this collaborative and immersive showroom dedicated to the home and office environment.

As destination makers, we’ve worked on this project since day one to define, design and activate this unique destination. To summarise our mission:
👉 Disrupt the retail sector in Mauritius
👉 Bring forward local talents and skills
👉 Emphasize collaboration

Our challenge was to transform The Hive marketplace’s ambition and vision into reality, which is all about fruitful partnerships & collaboration.

Through our unique & holistic process, we’ve proposed an innovative concept and created much more than a showroom. From strategy to final result, our dream team 🤪 transformed 200m2 of Mont Choisy Le Mall in an immersive and curated space.

And what about the awesome “Materiauthèque”? We could say so much more about this place but we wanted to make it short. So go and have look, it’s opening tomorrow! 🙌 😁✨
