Not your usual cooking course.
This one is specifically designed for people who will get married/newly-weds or anyone wishing to know how to handle a kitchen.
It’s not just a cooking course but it also includes kitchen management.
The course includes:
▪️ How to cook very basic Mauritian food such as rougailles, bouillon, lentils etc…
▪️ How to use very basic ingredients and spices
▪️ How to use several kitchen utensils
▪️ How to manage your time when you have to cook different dishes if you have guests coming over
▪️How to prepare your own basic spices
▪️Budgeting
▪️More elaborate dishes will be included as you progress
When we just get married, many of us are clueless once we have to handle a kitchen by ourselves. This course will definitely be useful.
