Working across Africa and emerging markets, you will support market intelligence, business development, client engagement, and strategic initiatives that help drive growth and deliver value to our clients.

• Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

• Opportunity Identification & Strategic Market Assessment

• Coordination with Production Teams to Improve Conversion Rates

• Client Relationship & Market Engagement Coordination

• Performance Analysis & Business Insights

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐞

• 0–2 years' professional experience (graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply)

• University degree in Marketing, Economics, International Business, Business Management, or a related field

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (strong command of written and spoken English and French).

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.

• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms

• Interest in international business, emerging markets, and reinsurance
