She brings over 10 years of leadership experience in customer relationship management, sales, and business development. In her current role, she leads brand strategy, strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and public relations for one of the Maldives’ most dynamic digital platforms.

Having worked closely with SMEs across the Maldives, Shazna has a firsthand understanding of the real opportunities and challenges faced by small businesses. She is passionate about entrepreneurship, financial inclusion, and women’s economic empowerment — and believes that sustainable growth is driven by equal opportunities, meaningful partnerships, and accessible financial services for all.
