Customer Success Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Handle Customer Calls and Direct as needed - Identify customer needs and propose solutions as needed
- Maintain client relationship.
- Introduce and Acquisition of New Customers
- Develop, Maintain, and Update Customer Documentation
- Manage Web, Social Media and other Marketing and Sales Functions
- Prepare Sales and Marketing Contents

Qualification & Experience
- Communication skills, with good writing skills in English and Dhivehi.
- Passionate in pursuing Sales and Account Management in Information Technology related career
- Certificate or Diploma in related Field will be an added advantage
- Work experience in any technical Field or knowledge is desirable. (CCTV, computers, networking,
access control systems)

Remuneration is between MRf 5000 to 6900.
