Rejuvenate your body by Juice Cleanse
Juice cleansing is a great way to restore your system to health and to lose weight at the same time. You can use these juices as meal substitutes or snacks, or even do a full juice cleanse for a few days where you avoid solid food and stick to juices only.
A juice cleanse can last as little as 24 hours, but for a truly revitalizing cleanse you should aim for a week.
I have listed all the ingredients for the juices below – all you need to do is throw them in your juicer! Feel free to change the recipes. The most important thing is to find a few juices that suit you and that you are comfortable drinking. I would definitely recommend that you try to use as many ingredients as you can throughout the day, to make sure that you are getting all the nutrition you need.

2 tomatoes
2 cucumbers
1 bell pepper ( any color)
1 shallot
1 clove of garlic
1 cup of coriander
1 lime
Juice #2
1 fennel bulb
2 cucumbers

1 cup of mint leaves
1 cubic inch of ginger
