On 19 December 2024, in we tested a simple but powerful idea: can compost manure significantly accelerate tree growth?

We established two plots using the same pine species under identical rain-fed conditions: Plot A: Soil + 5Kgs of compost manure.
Plot B: Soil only

After a period of 1 year and 4 months, we observed a growth height of 1.4m on plot A (Soil + Compost) compared to 68cm on plot B ( Soil only). The results represent 128.6% growth rate on Plot A compared to plot B.

This is more than a result—it’s a replicable solution for climate-smart reforestation.
