Day 3 of Her Nature Remembered Retreat was Fire Day 🔥❤️‍🔥

Fire Day invited us into the energy of release, rebirth, courage, passion, and transformation.

We began the day slowing down through intentional rest and time for inner reflection. Fire is not only destruction, but also creation. We tapped into our creativity through our creative release workshop, we gave ourselves permission to let go of perfectionism, pressure, and control… and simply create from feeling. Tapping back into our inner child, expression became medicine 🎨✨

Together we crafted lavender + rosemary smudge bundles with , infusing intention, prayers, and gratitude into each bundle as we reflected on what we were ready to release and what we desired to call in during this next chapter.

As the evening unfolded, we shared an unforgettable sensory silent disco dining experience: an 8-course meal paired with guided meditation, mindfulness, and deep presence. Blindfolded and immersed in sound, taste, and sensation, we explored our relationships with nourishment, our bodies, and the sacred act of slowing down enough to truly receive and appreciate our nourishment. 🍽️🎧

The night ended gathered around the fire witnessing a fire dancing performance, sharing stories, laughter, and sisterhood beneath the stars.
