It’s Friday night, and that demands a delicious cocktail so why not try our Grapefruit Margarita? 🍊

Here’s what you’ll need:

50ml Pancho Datos Plata
15ml Cointreau (or whatever triple sec you have to hand)
25ml Fresh pink grapefruit juice
20ml Fresh lime juice
15ml Agave syrup
Salted rim (optional)

Method: Shake hard over ice and strain into a rocks glass with a salted rim (or half-rim). Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit or an edible flower 🌺

The Plata brings smooth herbal tones and a kiss of white pepper that dances with the citrus, the zing of the fresh grapefruit cuts through, while the agave syrup rounds the whole drink together.
