T- shirt and shorts are tore up, surgically repaired quad and both knees are sore, forearms are scraped up and dirty and rib cage is scraped up from dragging it across gravel…. Just like every participant going through my fi****ms course. If you’re a leader, instructor, mentor or parent, and you ask another person, son, daughter or spouse to do something you’re not willing to do yourself, then don’t ask them to do it 😉🤙🏼🇺🇸…. I want to take my hat off to all who got through day 1 of my IMT course, very proud of each and every one of you 👊🏼🇺🇸🫡!
