But say the words "Chicken Pot Pie".....and suddenly they're all moving in the same direction like seagulls chasing a dropped French fry.
It’s the closest thing I’ve seen to international peace
It's genuinely quite moving.

Turns out we have actual adult responsibilities this week and can’t spend 3 days debating the next pie flavour like two idiots on MasterChef.
Back next week with a new pie and probably an unnecessary amount of gravy

This Friday, we’re unleashing the Beef Bourguignon Pies. We’re spending forty-eight hours braising beef in enough red wine to make a Frenchman weep with joy (and possibly lose his license).
Since our local community's hardest daily task is deciding which patio has the best shade, we’ve made the executive decision that you shouldn't have to use a fork. It’s a five-star French bistro dinner, but modified for people who haven't worn a pair of pants with a zipper since 2019.
The "Hard Truths" for Friday:
• The Filling: Beef so tender it has less structural integrity than your "plan" to finally learn Spanish this year.
• The Vibe: It’s sophisticated, it’s savory, and it pairs perfectly with doing absolutely nothing.
• The Logistics: Sold hot and ready to go, or uncooked if you want your house to smell like a Michelin-starred kitchen while you take a nap.
