Today at Cantilles, one of the specials is Carne En Su Jugo, I’m not a bougie person but this had a great bouquet of flavors, the bacon in the meal was really cool, came with or without Spanish rice, I chose to mix it all together, also a fresh salsa and corn tortillas, I am stuffed and was an affordable 7usd, with winter upon us this would be a great evening meal in cold nights

Today we stopped in to see some familiar friends at Vista Hermosa and were delighted to see this dish, which is a new plating. Almejas Gratinadas, grilled clam with shrimp, bacon bits, onion, tomatoe topped with melted Monterey and a side of Spanish rice. 250 pesos. This has been one of our favorites since moving 12ish years ago, stellar ocean view calming atmosphere and ambiance. We highly recommend
