The 3 Amazon Business Models

There’s many types of different ways and different models you can follow, here are some of the most well known;
1. Retail Arbitrage (RA): going into retails stores and finding deals on your own
2. Online Arbitrage (OA): finding deals online and sending units over to a place to prep and ship them out, could also use a prep centre.
3. Dropshipping: finding deals online and having your supplier do all the heavy lifting for you and ship out products without you being involved. Very much hands off and you’ll never spend any money unless you get an order for it!

These business models work very well for a lot of different people, it’s just a matter of finding one that works best for you given your time availability and budget 💰

Automating Your Amazon Business

The best part about running an Amazon Dropshipping business is that it can all be automated to provide you with 100% passive income. Before automating an Amazon, it's extremely important that you know the inside & outside of your Amazon business. Do not delegate any tasks before knowing how to do them yourself. This will allow you to effectively teach your VAs all the knowledge you know about Amazon.

In order to build a successful 6-figure business, you will need the help of VA's to delegate work. Your Amazon business can have one VA to handle all of the work or have multiple VA's. Amazon’s A10 Algorithm! 📦

Sellers have been waiting for a new update to Amazon’s algorithm and it’s finally here. There is no big difference in the new update but here are some key points;

* Search results are more relevant for what the customer is searching for.
* Less emphasis put on PPC campaigns, making it harder to run successful ads.
* Sellers receiving continuous positive feedback will rank higher in search results than before.
* Spotlight put on seller that have a wide variety of inventory, meaning not just selling in on category.
It comes to no surprise that search results are becoming more relevant (as they should be), but this wasn’t the case with A9. Many sellers now have the opportunity to get more sales through organic traffic and having good customer feedback, which is essential for driving more sales.
