✨ Ashtanga Yoga ✨
🧘🏽♀️ This style of yoga consists of doing specific sequences of the Ashtanga postures, which are done continuously, fluidly and consistently. It requires moving rapidly from one posture to another, along with each inhalation and exhalation.
In Ashtanga Yoga the order of the asanas is completely predefined, which distinguishes it greatly from other types of yoga. A practice consists of four parts:

🌿 Main series
🌿 Back-bending sequences
🌿 Sequence of completion.
🌞 The starter series begins with 10 Sun Salutations and many sustained poses. There are six different forms of main series that you can choose based on your experience and ability.
💆🏽♀️ The goal of Ashtanga is to maintain inner concentration through practice, and that is why daily or regular practice is highly emphasized.
💪🏽 In addition to increasing concentration and perception in the body, Ashtanga is also good for those who need cardiovascular activity, since movements can be done quickly and practice can increase the heart rate. It also provides a better sense of rhythm.
