Take home some new cooking skills after a two-hour lesson at Casa Altamar, where Chef Eric Fischer teaches groups of two to six the fundamentals of cooking in the Yucatan style using local ingredients. Learn the secrets to expertly made ceviches, plus how to make Mexican salsas including tamarind-chili and a tangy Mayan sauce called x'nipek. Stick around for tequilas and classic margaritas with the Chef.

Duration of the class: 2.5 hours – Starting at 10:00 am.
Available Tuesday and Friday
Size of the group: 2 minimum, 6 maximum.
Location: Casa Altamar - Tankah III, Tulum.
Cost of the class: $65 USD + taxes (16%) per person
Dress code: We recommend comfortable and fresh clothing, and tennis shoes.
