Janzu Therapy

Janzu is a psychocorporal therapy of reunion with water as our origin and essence. It consists of a smooth and rhythmic journey within the water, which in combination with the lack of gravity and the synchronicity of the breathing takes us to a meditative state of deep relaxation and in that way we work with the subconscious, traumas, blockages and fears.
Janzu es una terapia psicocorporal de reencuentro con el agua como nuestro origen y esencia. Consiste en un viaje suave y rítmico dentro del agua, que en combinación con la falta de gravedad y la sincronía de la respiración nos lleva a un estado meditativo de relajación profunda y de esa manera trabajamos con el subconciente, traumas, bloqueos y miedos.
