I will led an Intensive Vinyasa course from the 21st - 30th of April at my little shala. 20 hours in 10 days. Which means 2 hours of practice daily.
A perfect opportunity to deepen and feel the benefits of a committed and uninterrupted practice.
The daily sadhana includes, the vinyasa asana, pranayama and meditation daily.
We''ll close this course with a Vegan brunch to celebrate the challenge.
