A week post the show. . .

Every show is a different journey where we learn something new about ourselves, face adversity, challenges, laugh and cry.

I always enter a prep to become better than I was before, which I certainly did this year. As selfish as bodybuilding is, for me my motivation is never about me. My ultimate motivation is for the people closest to me that invest in me as much as I do.

I want to win for them. No more then this guy is my brother, best friend and coach. We have traveled the world competing together, won heaps of shows and lost also.

He is the best coach in the industry imo. It broke my heart not being able to give him a wining trophy. Because I want that for him more than myself. This guy goes above and beyond for everyone, even my competitors right before we walk on stage.

Every act is selfless and expects nothing in return. I feel sorry for some athletes hearing how they get treated by their coaches. Yet I could never ask for anything more from him and his fiancee, my sister . Love you both so much.

No cliche post cost comp wrap. Just my thanks to this amazing human. He literally built me, from the first day I stepped on stage. We will be back at some point, better again.
