The Management Consulting Institute (MCI) Level 1 workshop in Kuala Lumpur brought together a truly regional cohort—with participants from Brunei, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.

Beyond the diversity of countries and organisations, what stood out was the energy in the room. Participants leaned into structured thinking and analysis, and practised how to communicate with greater clarity.

Ultimately, the goal is to build consensus, strengthen alignment with the business, and become trusted advisors to stakeholders.
