A 'sheep' that can undergo photosynthesis? 😱

This adorable sea creature is known as leaf sheep (Costasiella kuroshimae), it's actually a sea slug! Those green cerata contains algal chloroplasts from the algae that they feed on, which are then used for photosynthesis. This ability serves to maintain the balance of algae populations and thus, the balance of the entire marine ecosystem. How fascinating!

Our 1-day Science Workshop takes only 1.5 hours. Through hands-on experiments and theory application, students will be making erupting volcano, quicksand, lava lamp, rainbow towers and more!
