⚠️ Bagaimana Mengawal Risiko Keselamatan & Kesihatan di Tempat Kerja

Risiko di tempat kerja tidak boleh dihapuskan sepenuhnya, tetapi boleh dikawal dengan pendekatan yang betul dan konsisten.

🔍 Langkah asas kawalan risiko (HIRARC):

1️⃣ Kenal pasti bahaya – mesin, bahan kimia, ergonomik, tingkah laku
2️⃣ Nilai risiko – kebarangkalian & keterukan
3️⃣ Kawal risiko – guna Hierarki Kawalan (Elimination → Substitution → Engineering → Administrative → PPE)
4️⃣ Pantau & semak – pastikan kawalan sentiasa berkesan
5️⃣ Penambahbaikan berterusan

💡 Contoh situasi sebenar:

Kes kemalangan jari tersepit di kilang berlaku kerana mesin tiada penghadang (engineering control).
➡️ Penyelesaian sebenar bukan PPE sahaja, tetapi pasang machine guarding + SOP + latihan pekerja.

👥 Peranan semua pihak:
Majikan: sediakan sistem kerja selamat & kawalan risiko
Penyelia: pantau dan pastikan prosedur dipatuhi
Pekerja: ikut arahan, guna PPE, lapor bahaya
