Core stability exercises that everyone can do from home during FMCO 3.0. All you need is just a stability ball. Follow .rehab.performance on Instagram for more rehab and strengthening tips.
Beginner- short lever, 12 to 15 repetitions
Intermediate- increase leverage, 8 to 12 repetitions
Advanced- long lever, 6 to 8 repetitions
