如今的他,是拥有四十年厨艺经验的名厨,是铁人三项选手、陶艺创作者,也是多家餐厅的创办人。

A Successful MLA Masterclass on Australian Beef & Lamb 🇦🇺🥩

A sincere thank you to MLA (Meat & Livestock Australia) for organizing this insightful and highly successful educational event on Australian beef and lamb cuts.

Special appreciation to Rose, the Country Representative, for her support and dedication in making this masterclass possible.

During this valuable session, participants had the opportunity to learn advanced meat fabrication, secondary cut utilization, and cooking techniques from renowned Master Butcher Calvin Gung from Taiwan and Lambassador Chef Eric Siew. Their expertise demonstrated how secondary cuts can be transformed into premium dishes while increasing yield and maximizing product value.

This masterclass provided excellent industry knowledge and practical skills that will benefit chefs, culinary educators, and students alike.
