It is with deep sadness that we at REACH Cameron Highlands extend our heartfelt condolences on the passing of Datuk Karam Singh Walia.
Datuk Karam Singh Walia was a passionate and fearless environmental journalist whose dedication to protecting Malaysia’s natural heritage will always be remembered. His commitment to highlighting critical environmental issues, especially in Cameron Highlands, has brought awareness and inspired action at all levels of society.
REACH is deeply grateful for his unwavering support in bringing attention to the environmental challenges faced in Cameron Highlands. His voice played a significant role in amplifying our concerns and advocating for the preservation of our highlands.
His legacy will continue to guide and inspire all of us in the ongoing fight to protect our environment.
May his soul rest in peace. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends, and all who were touched by his remarkable work.
