John, based in Singapore, reached out to us online with the dream of building a staycation home in his hometown, Ipoh.

As this was his very first home, he envisioned a classy yet functional space — a place where he could truly rest, recharge, and call home whenever he returned on leave.

Working night shifts in Singapore, he wanted a completely hassle-free experience so he could stay focused on his career while we handled everything on the ground. It was truly our pleasure and honor to assist an overseas client throughout this journey.

Despite managing the entire project remotely through WhatsApp communication, the process went smoothly thanks to his trust and cooperation. We’re grateful for the opportunity to bring his vision to life and create a home that reflects both comfort and elegance, exactly the way he imagined it.

After 20 years working in Singapore, our client decided it was time to return home to Ipoh — not just for visits, but to slowly build the life she dreams of retiring into.

She wanted a home that feels calm, easy to maintain, and comfortable for now, yet timeless for the future. A touch of light blue, soft textures, and a layout that works whether she’s staying for weeks or eventually for good.

Being far away, her biggest concern wasn’t design — it was trust. She needed someone to handle everything on-site, coordinate the renovation, and keep her updated every step of the way.

From concept design to renovation management, we share progress, solve issues, and making sure her dream home in Ipoh was built exactly as envisioned, even while she was still in Singapore.

This is more than interior design.
It’s about peace of mind, from afar. 🏡✨

We recently worked with Mr. Lim, a KL based house owner who purchased a home in his hometown of Ipoh.

His vision is to turn it into a dream vacation home and possibly a future retirement retreat.

When he approached us, he was struggling with the floor plan where the house features a long, narrow rectangular layout that made planning challenging, especially in the kitchen area, where the awkward configuration left no proper space for a fridge or adequate storage.

Our design solution uses vertical space planning to create a cohesive and efficient layout. The dining table and kitchen island are connected in a long, continuous form to maximise space and maintain an aligned flow. Additional storage is incorporated through the fridge cabinet and dining consoles, enhancing both kitchen capacity and overall workflow.
