On 12 and 13 May, Postal Forum, in collaboration with SPX Xpress Malaysia Sdn Bhd, successfully conducted a two-day Code of Practice for Postal Services (CPPS) briefing session at SPX HQ, Menara Southpoint, Kuala Lumpur.
The session brought together 25 participants across all levels from customer service, risk management, marketing, health, safety and environment (HSE) and operations excellence to exchange views, address real operational challenges and deepen their understanding of the CPPS in practice.
Beyond consumer protection, the discussions also reaffirmed that the CPPS supports the safety and wellbeing of postal and courier employees, the backbone of this industry.
The CPPS serves as an important framework in promoting responsible service standards, strengthening consumer confidence and supporting long-term sustainability across the postal and courier industry.
We look forward to more engagements that reinforce industry accountability, strengthen best practices and enhance consumer confidence across the industry.
