Small acts from big corporations matter.
A nurse in UAE ordered mcd, while working from the hospital, and mcd rightly delivered. Such acts don't take a lot of load on bigger brands, yet they end up putting a very good long lasting impression on their customer, and even getting some brand loyalty in return. Kudos to mcd for looking out for healthcare professionals in these trying times.
