MY HORMONES IS MAKING ME FAT!!!😤😡 Really??? Read on …

I don't eat alot and yet I still put on 20KG after 2 pregnancies😱😱😱 my husband, my doctor and everyone told me it’s my hormones🙄😬

My WAKE UP CALL came when I couldn’t walk for 3 WEEKS after a short 5km run with a friend😭😭😭 I was then told by my doctor that my knee injury is actually due to my body weight.

Hormonal issue, overweight, injured knees … all of that added to my unhappiness and I was desperate!!! Searching frantically, im so lucky I found my Coach online and immediately signed up for the program without thinking twice! By following the meal plan & some simple workout, i can’t believe I actually LOST A TOTAL OF 22KG!🥳

Now at the age of 42, I feel lien I’m 24!!! With my new found energy and confidence, I managed to accomplished my dreams of Tandem Paragliding🪂, completed a 21km half marathon and 42km full marathon🏃🏻‍♀️and my next bucket list is to climb Mount Kinabalu!⛰

Reasons You Are Not Losing Weight... You Don't Drink Enough Water

Besides keeping you hydrated, drinking enough water on the regular basis, can aid with weight loss. Filling up on water before a meal helps encourage portion control. Also your body needs water to function, metabolize, carry nutrients to your cells.

A small study even found that drinking cold water can speed up metabolism and discourage cravings for sugary drinks like soda and juice. Now that's a reason to stay hydrated!

If you don't know how much water you should be drinking a day, you can PM us. And no, it's not 8 glasses a day, that's just a reference point. You should be drinking the amount of water your body needs, and everyone is different.
