什么是飞蚊症?

飞蚊症是一种常见的视觉现象,指的是眼睛在看明亮背景(如蓝天、白墙)时,视野中出现小点、线条、丝状物或像蚊子飞舞般的阴影。这些“飞蚊”会随着眼球转动而移动,看似漂浮在视线中,尤其在光线明亮时特别明显。

飞蚊症的成因:
👉眼球内部充满一种凝胶状物质,称为玻璃体。随着年龄增长,玻璃体可能会逐渐液化、收缩,并形成纤维团或微小碎片,这些碎片在光线下投影到视网膜上,产生飞蚊的视觉感受。

除了自然老化,也可能因高度近视、眼部手术、眼睛外伤、玻璃体后脱离或视网膜裂孔等问题引起。

常见症状包括:
* 眼前出现飘动的小黑点、线状物、斑点或蛛网状影子。
* 眼动时,这些影像也跟着移动。
* 在光亮环境中,飞蚊感更为明显。

需要注意的是:
大多数飞蚊症属于自然老化现象,通常不影响视力,也不需要特别治疗。
