Masalah freshgraduates yang saya selalu jumpa masa apply job👇
1) Kurang pengalaman kerja
Pengalaman kerja tu benda paling penting kalau nak 'jual diri' semasa cari kerja. Mostly majikan akan cari pengalaman yang korang takkan belajar pun dekat kolej/uni. So, my advice is korang boleh buat kerja part-time or kerja freelance
2) Takut nak nego gaji & benefit
Even tu first job korang, jangan takut nak nego gaji ya! Usually majikan akan offer gaji yang lebih rendah. Dapat or tak dapat tu belakang cerita ya. Atleast korang nego gaji supaya takda rasa menyesal bila accept gaji yang sikit.
3) Taknak berpindah
Sebagai freshgraduates , korang tak boleh terlalu memilih kerja ya!
Faktor ini lah yang menyebabkan freshgraduates ramai yang menganggur. Kerjaya korang mungkin tak ada dekat di rumah, so jangan takut untuk berpindah apabila mendapat tawaran pekerjaan yang lebih hebat di luar sana.
