小时候，每到周末的夜晚，巷口总会飘来一股香气，是从夜市转角处那辆不起眼的摊车传来的。鸡肉、青葱、蒜末、胡椒、香油……一锅锅香气，勾得人垂涎三尺。
母亲总说：“来，买份咸水鸡，回去配粥刚刚好。”
那时不懂，只觉得凉凉的鸡肉、带着点椒盐味的豆干、脆口的小黄瓜，怎么能比得上炸鸡汉堡？
直到长大，走南闯北，尝过各种山珍海味，却还是在某个加班深夜，忽然想起那一口清爽又浓香的咸水鸡——
没有过度的调味，只有简单的原味、鲜味，还有熟悉的“人情味”。
