Job Description
1. To conduct all the required training, monitoring, guiding and counselling agents towards the successful pathways
2. To review and support existing agents’ sales activities
3. To ensure growth of agency by recruitment and joint field sales activities

Requirement
1. Language: English and Mandarin (Mandarin is required due to candidate have to conduct training in Mandarin and English Session)
2. Good communication and interpersonal skill
3. Have own transport
4. Know how to use digital tools, eg: Words, PowerPoint; Office; Zoom; etc.
